Praised by Vogue Magazine in Paris for having “no equal in the country for size, bilingualism or sheer fun” and the Los Angeles Times Book Review for being the “paragon of what a city that loves books ought to be like,” the Book Fair this year offers more than ever. Running Nov. 14 through Nov. 21, the Inaugural Afternoon will feature former U.S. President George W. Bush , presenting his memoir Decision Points . From there, the offerings just grow. He will lead a group of academics, busi-ness leaders and philanthropists charged with the responsibility to provide guidance to the Adminis-tration on education issues related to Hispanics and to address aca-demic excellence and opportuni-ties in the Hispanic community. Five U.S. presidents have chosen Padrón for posts of national prom-inence in the past. “I want to thank Eduardo Padrón for this. He is a leader in my ef-forts,” said President Obama dur-ing his presentation. President Barack Obama appointed MDC President Eduardo J.
