Tuyo was recently named among 14 of the Tallest Restaurants in the World by Architectural Digest. Located atop MDC’s Miami Culinary Institute (MCI) with sweeping views of the Miami skyline, Freedom Tower and Biscayne Bay, Tuyo offers one of the best vantage points in the city. In fact, Tuyo recently shined among Open Table’s Top 10 Diner’s Choice Winners, scoring high in the categories of Special Occasion and Best Romantic Ambience. To complement its spectacular city views, Tuyo offers an ever- evolving menu by trailblazing Chef Victor Santos. His Contemporary American cuisine features classic flavor combinations highlighted by an emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients. Miami Magazine characterized the restaurant as “a sexy, modern, Manhattan-meets-Miami space that is metropolitan and cozy.” Earlier this year, Tuyo’s amazing international cuisine became available to enjoy day or night. The new Bistro@Tuyo offers a unique lunch experience with breathtaking views of the city. Bistro@Tuyo also serves as a training lab for MCI students, who staff the kitchen and help serve under the supervision of Tuyo’s professional staff.
