At the March 28 Board of Director's meeting, the Board voted to move the renovation plans for South Beach from the schematic design phase, developed by MHK Archi-tecture & Planning, forward into the design development phase. This represents the second approval of a process that will require at least two more Board considerations and approvals. After design develop -ment will come the decision whether or not to move to the construction documents phase, followed by the Board decision, armed with hard guaranteed maximum pricing from the construction man-agement firm, to proceed, or not, with the project. Each of the three phases of project development provides increased detail and information of the specifics of the project, and total projects costs continued on page 3 The Pelican Bay Foundation, Inc. 6251 Pelican Bay Blvd. Naples, FL 34108
