This card will be randomly distributed every month for seven days – so as not to become a ubiquitous element of essential member input that loses its effective-ness. The online feedback option will remain contin-ually available, however, and Comment / NPS Cards will always be available by request at the Hostess stand. For the month of March, the Foundation received 430 Comment/NPS Cards over the seven-day period. That compares extremely favor-able with the 214 respon-dents to the online feedback mechanism over 28 days in February. There are several advan-tages the new Comment/ NPS Card provide: • The opportunity to pro-vide positive, as well as con-structive (needs improve-ment) feedback • The ability for diners to respond right after their experience at the restaurant • The ability for staff to react to less than satisfactory experiences quicker • The ability for diners to recognize exceptional employee per fo r mance , and have those employees receive the accompany-ing accolades continued on page 3 Don’t miss the next Mangrove Action Group meeting featur-ing environmental scientist Laura Flynn with the talk on the recovery and nurturing of one of Florida’s important resources.
