Be sure to vote online or return your ballot before March 20. For information about the candidates or election process, visit Notice of Foundation Annual Meeting The annual Member meet-ing of the Pelican Bay Foun-dation will be held on March 27, 2017. The Pelican Bay Bylaws state that at least 10 percent of our total voting interests must be present, in person or by proxy, to hold a valid Member meeting. In order to ensure the Member meeting can be conducted, a proxy was mailed to every Member on February 15. The proxy will allow you to name the Foundation secretary or another person to represent you at the meeting. The proxy will be used only for purposes of establishing a quorum and approving the minutes of the 2016 Annual Meeting.
