Ilmor Receives Top Honors In Customer Satisfaction
Affirming its longstanding commitment to a superior customer experience, Ilmor Marine received the marine industry’s highest honor in customer satisfaction. The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) awarded Ilmor with the 2017 Marine Industry CSI Award in the inboard marine engine category. The CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Award recognizes marine manufacturers who achieve the highest levels of customer contentment, as reported by their customers within the first 12 months of boat ownership. To qualify for the CSI award, manufacturers must achieve and maintain an independently-measured standard of excellence in customer satisfaction over the past year. Though 2017, is the first year Ilmor has entered the NMMA CSI award pool, the manufacturer has been active in the recreational inboard marine segment since 2010, touting a legacy of product quality and customer support. “We are honored and humbled by the outstanding praise we received from our customers, and we are proud to be recognized by the NMMA and our industry peers,” said Ilmor president, Paul Ray. “Ilmor was founded as a customer service company, originally at the racetrack, and today on the water.
