Page 16 > PELICAN BAY ART SHOW As part of the Foundation’s desire to improve mem-bers’ dining experiences at the beach restaurants, two independent , third-party consultants – SRA Research Group (SRA) and Profitable Food Facilities Worldwide (PFF) – have been retained to help deter-mine member expectations and improve operational performance to deliver upon those expectations. SRA, is a research consult-ing company with more than 30 years of expertise and experience in helping private facilities to understand the needs and wants of mem-bers. They have an expertise in developing and launch-ing assessment tools that continued on page 3 If you have interacted with any Foundation amenities or services, your feedback is essential. WIN A $50 GIFT CARD Notice of Foundation Annual Meeting The annual Member meet-ing of the Pelican Bay Foun-dation will be held on March 27, 2017. The Pelican Bay Bylaws state that at least 10 percent of our total voting interests must be present, in person or by proxy, to hold a valid Member meeting. In order to ensure the Member meeting can be conducted, a proxy was mailed to every Member on February 15. The proxy will allow you to name the Foundation secretary or another person to represent you at the meeting. The proxy will be used only for purposes of establishing a quorum and approving the minutes of the 2016 Annual Meeting. It is important that you sign, date and return the proxy or submit it online by March 20. The deadline for receipt of ballots for the 2017 Pelican Bay Foundation election is March 20. Be sure to vote online or return your ballot before March 20. For information about the candidates or election process, visit pelicanbay.org.
