MIAMI DADE COLLEGE t he excellence and diversity of Miami Dade College’s students impress leaders around the country and across the globe. With the nation’s largest undergraduate enrollment and largest number of both Hispanic and African-American students, the College earns praise far and wide, especially during spring commencement exercises, which have featured U.S. presidents Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama in recent years. MDC raised its already high profile as a cultural leader for South Florida with unprecedented successes in its arts pro-gramming. Its Miami International Film Festival brought A-list celebrities, including Rumer Willis , Rodrigo Santoro and Kevin Kline , for a week of educational events, screenings and parties, drawing as many as 70,000 attendees.
